Seafood allergic reaction

1 years old girl presenting with pruitus and hives in her body trunk. The symptom presented after she takes seafood from the local market. dermatology examination shows general hives without  angioedema. She was treated with dipenhydramine injection and dexamethasone injection. After that the alergic reaction began to reduce.
