seborrheic keratoses

A 66-year-old man arrives at the clinic and complains about a few growths. His cheek and forehead had basal cell carcinomas removed several years prior. Additionally, there are indications of hypertension, actinic keratoses, and stasis dermatitis in his medical history. He works outside, and during his life, he's had a few episodes of a moderately bad sunburn. Upon examination, several seborrheic keratoses, skin tags, a slightly erythematous lump with a hyperpigmented based on his left shoulder, and more are discovered. This lesion underwent biopsy.
