A 23-year-old woman was involved in a high-speed car crash on the highway, losing control of her sports car and crashing head-on into a concrete barrier at 130 km/hr. Her passenger was found dead at the scene, and she was extricated after 40 minutes of entrapment. Upon arrival in the trauma room, she was unconscious, exhibiting decerebrate posturing in response to pain, and had mid-dilated unreactive pupils.Kindly suggest treatment for the same.
