Shoulder discomfort

After falling, a 64-year-old woman with acute right shoulder discomfort arrives at the emergency room. She collapsed with her arm outstretched after tripping on the sidewalk. She is currently in excruciating pain and is unable to move her arm. According to a medical examination, she exhibits no deformities other than a little patch of ecchymosis over the deltoid muscle. The right shoulder is radiographed (Figure).
