There is no significant changes for ischemia in ecg either V5 and V6 shows ST elevation but it is non significant. Also ECG is of not full length, incomplete ECG , but if rest part of ecg didn't show significant changes then go through X-ray chest pA view for the cause of trouble in breathing.
