skin lesion

A female patient, aged 25 years from Varanasi came with the complaint of dark, circumscribed lesion on the foot. Pt gives family history as her father suffers from the same condition. Pt c/o of extreme itching, redness and burning along with black pigmentation on the lesion every winter, and aggravates further with the dryness of the skin. Kindly suggest a suitable treatment modality.
