A 67 years old  male with alleged history of Snake bite  was admitted to our hospital with acute kidney injury, deranged liver function and swelling in lower limbs. Although his renal function was improved during course of treatment including hemodialysis.
His blood report shows coagulability , MRI and ct scan shows  cvt & multiple CEREBELLAR & cerebral  infarcts .

Patient kept on LMWH, recurrent hemodialysis and supportive treatment
He improved and discharge on Oral anticoagulants
