Sore Throat/Quincy

23 yr old female patient has suffering from sore throat infection and difficulty in swallowing. H/O - white stones seen while gargling O/E - Lymph node enlargement and tonsillitis seen Treatment given Azee 500 OD for 5 days Pcm 500 BD Levocet OD But still she didnt recover.. Pleased suggest another better line of treatment
