SPN diagnosis by Radial EBUS and Virtual Navigational bronchoscopy 26 year old female nonsmoker housewife presented with cough with hemoptysis for one month. Vitals were normal, general physical examination shows pallor and Respiratory system examination were normal. Chest x ray shows heterogenous solitary lesion over the right upper zone and CECT thorax shows well defined soft tissue lesion in apical segment of right upper lobe with spiculated borders. VBN combined with radial probe EBUS done. TBLB. BAL and bronchial brushing were taken. Report came as Adenocarcinoma in histopathology and bronchial brushing cytology.
