A college student presented with Tenia pedis, having utilized multiple courses of steroids to manage the condition. Upon arrival at the clinic, the patient exhibited significant difficulty walking due to the discomfort, as shown in a pre-treatment image. All prior treatments were discontinued. The patient was advised to wear soft, ventilated footwear. Following a thorough examination, the patient was prescribed oral itraconazole for three months alongside a rotation of topical antifungal agents, including luliconazole, clotrimazole, amorolfine, and bifonazole every three weeks. The patient was also advised to use topical salicylic acid and urea applications. The patient underwent paring procedures thrice at monthly intervals after three months. Remarkably, after six months, the patient achieved complete resolution of the condition with no recurrence observed in the subsequent seven months, as shown in a post-treatment image. The patient exhibited excellent cooperation throughout the treatment period, which spanned six months. Both the patient and their family expressed complete satisfaction with the outcome of the treatment.
