A perimenopausal 52-year-old lady was admitted to the intensive therapy unit after visiting the accident with worsening Covid-19 infection symptoms. She complained of nausea, constipation, and abdominal pain three days after being transferred to the ward. She had stomach distension and discomfort about 48 hours later. A pelvic ultrasound scan discovered a huge pedunculated fibroid measuring 23 by 15 by 22 cm.
