A 28-year-old female presented with severe hormonal acne characterized by recurring outbreaks, itching, and prominent scarring (Figure 1a). The patient had previously attempted various topical treatments and antibiotics without significant improvement. Given the severity of her condition and the presence of scars, a decision was made to initiate a series of chemical peels. The patient underwent a comprehensive treatment plan involving chemical peels administered over six months. The treatment protocol consisted of deep retinol peels and trichloroacetic peels.

Deep Retinol Peels is a specialized retinol formulation that promotes cellular turnover, reduces inflammation, and facilitates the shedding of damaged skin. Trichloroacetic peels were gradually introduced as the patient's skin responded positively to the deep retinol peels. These peels target more profound layers of the skin, further reducing scarring and promoting collagen regeneration.

The desired results were achieved after six months of treatment (Figure 1b). The patient's skin showed a remarkable transformation, significantly reducing acne outbreaks, itching, and visible scarring. Additionally, her skin texture and tone had improved significantly.
