<p>A male child, aged two months, was presented with the following complaints: inability to move both hands and poor weight gain. Upon examination, the child had a head circumference of 32 cm and a length of 43 cm. The anterior fontanelle was wide open, and the child had bilateral cataracts, dysmorphic facies, and a pansystolic murmur. The child&#39;s birth history revealed that he was delivered by Caesarean section due to meconium aspiration syndrome. The baby cried after delivery, and there was no stay in the neonatal intensive care unit. Based on the clinical presentation, the baby appears to have a syndromic condition. Can you suggest a diagnosis?</p>
