This is the ECG of a 52-year-old male, a senior GP told him that he has "minimal voltage LVH " (as written on the ECG) after finding out his BP was 160/100mm hg (this might be whitecoat hypertension because his subsequent 6hrly readings without medications were within normal range ) and was started on 20mg Telmisartan by the GP. But the ECG does not fit any criteria for LVH. He has been on Atorvastatin for last 8 months. His S. lipid profile shows slightly less than normal levels. What should be his further management? Also, if you could explain what is minimal voltage criteria for LVH and if it points towards LVH?
