The patient presents with lesions located on the extensor surfaces of both the upper and lower limbs, which have shown an acute onset. Additionally, there is a history of bleeding manifestations, which can be explained by thrombocytopenia. The case is associated with alcoholic DCLD, portal HTN, and thrombocytopenia. In light of these findings, there is a suspicion of pemphigus vulgaris. Are there any other differentials to consider?
