A 28-year-old individual experiencing persistent halitosis and throat irritation presents with an exacerbation of symptoms, including sore throat, ear pain, and difficulty swallowing subsequent to self-removal of a large tonsil stone. Clinical examination reveals the presence of depression in the left tonsil and irritation in the throat, with no evidence of purulent discharge.
