Traumatic Fall Resulting ...

A 19-year-old man who sustained significant trauma after falling approximately 25 feet from a roof while replacing shingles. He landed on his left side and presents with left-sided chest pain and difficulty breathing. Upon examination, there are decreased breath sounds on the left side of the chest, but no tracheal deviation or crepitus.Kindly suggest a line of treatment.
