A 32-year-old male, was involved in a workplace accident where he sustained a closed fracture to his forearm with obvious deformity. Upon assessment, it noted that the arm and hand distal to the fracture are cold to the touch, and are unable to palpate a radial pulse. The patient is in significant pain and unable to move the injured arm.Kindly suggest an appropriate line of treatment.
