Uncommon case of Severe C...

A 40 yrs old female presented with severe generalised chest pain since 30 days, aggravated since 7 days. CXR at a local doctor showed left sided big thick walled cavity with air fluid level. She was treated with ATT for PTB and later with higher antibiotics for abscess along with analgesics but with no relief from outside. Later presented to my OPD, when got a CT Thorax done, it came to be just elevation of the hemidiaphragm without any herniation. One of few cases I seen in my few yrs of experience.
