8 year old male patient with c/o decreased chubiness of left cheek. Incidentally,  noted by mother and on basis of comparison in photos change noted since 1 year . No loss of sensation of left cheek . Nerve studies report is WNL . USG of cheek muscles soft tissue is normal . No history of infection within last 2-3 years . Pt. has also been seen by ENT surgeon, pt. is clinically sound according to her .
