Vasculitis.

11 y/o girl came with c/o abdominal pain~ past few years, failure to thrive, left hand digital gangrene ~1.5 months, eruptive and painful skin lesion on left hemithorax ~1.5 months. There was history of fever on and off low grade. There was also h/o ATT treatment without documented proof. H/O hypertension. On workup for which found to have ↑ renal echogenicity, renal infarcts, aneurysm in segmental artery.Vasculitis suspected. ANCA negative. CT angio showed multiple aneurysms. Diagnosis of PAN made. Patient improved on infloximab and MPS
