Answer....TENDOACHIELIS TENDONITIS. IT'S inflammation of large tendon back of ankle.... TENDOACHILIS. Causes are ...overuse, sudden increase in physical activity, tight calf muscles, improper footwear....it causes pain and swelling at the back of ankle, stiffness at ankle.
