22yr old girl with h/o high grade fever for 2 days, followed by watery diarrhea, vomiting for 9-10days. Started developing nausea, yellowish discoloration of sclera. Settled with iv fluids and antibiotics. Her dengue profile, Rapid malaria , leptospira came negative What would be the diagnosis? USG report may be confusing.......

Repeat dengue profile and also do widal test.. Leucopenia with thrombocytopenia, vomiting with diarrhoea DX most probably typhoid positive or dengue with jaundice. And treat the ...read more
