<p>34 weeks/1 kg twin1/ normal delivery/ cried immediately after birth/no oxygen support required at birth/ first left femur fracture at birth, right femur fracture after 7 days. Now right humerus fracture at 22 days of life. All are spontaneous fracture. Respiratory distress since last 2 days.. Twin2 was 1.7kg discharged. No anomaly in twin-2. Diagnosis!? And investigation test for diagnosis?</p>
