What might be the cause??

23 year old male complaining of mild slurring of speech when he was speaking fast and unpleasant taste sensations since 6 months.he was having gross uvula deviation towards left side.also having right lower eye lid retraction in mild. No history of regurgitation. Gag reflex was present.what might be the cause??
