41 year old female from Hyderabad, k/c/o Hypothyroidism, presented with chief complaint of large volume non bloody diarrhea of 8 months duration with history of nocturnal episodes and associated periumbilical spasmodic abdominal pain and vomiting for 3 months with anasarca for 1 month, breathless on exertion for 1 month with history of significant weight loss, anorexia and features of malabsorption in the form of hair loss, bleeding gums, easy bruisability and oral ulcers with performance status ECOG 2 with no features of intestinal obstruction ?syndromic Diagnosis ?D/Ds
