24 yr old female patient with acute descending symmetrical areflexic quadriparesis proximal > distal, upper limb > lower limb with involvement of 2,3,4,6,7, 9,10 and 11 cranial nerves without bowel and bladder involvement.she is not immunocompromised and MRI brain with contrast was shown below.please comment the possible differentials for this case.
