Zygomatic fracture

A case of RTA was reported to the hospital in casualty.Pt was 42 years old.Pt was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state.O/E zygomatic fracture was found.CT scan was done to confirm the fracture.Surgery was performed and SS plate was placed at zygomatic-maxillary arch.An intra oral plating was done as well.Two week follow up of the pt showed improvement.Following are the photos taken before the surgery, during the surgery and at 2 weeks follow up.
