A 10 y/o girl with a two-month history of posterior thoracic pain aggravated by coughing and accompanied by anorexia, weight loss and cachexia. What could be the diagnosis ?

As no symptoms of CHF,heart is not involved. It's in the upper posterior mediastinum round, well demarcation, pocket of fluid. Para vertebral tubercular abscess, it's not causing any pressure symptoms, less chances of Hard tumour.
