The dermatological clinic receives a 16-month-old boy. His mother has seen a slow accumulation of 'brown patches on his skin. Most of these lesions formed as a crop over four months around his first birthday, and they were not there at birth. On his right forearm, he had one lession, which has now been resolved. His weight and height are on the 91st and 75th centiles for his age, respectively. He is cooperative and follows directions. He has little oval-round reddish-brown macules that are widespread, dispersed, monomorphic, and primarily located on his anterior and posterior trunks, extending to his neck and a few scattered lesions on his limbs. aaaWhen touched, a lesion right below his xiphisternum turned erythematous and swelled (Urticaria), indicating a positive Darier's sign. Blood reports of him are found to be normal
