Anti TPO antibodies WNL.
What would be the most appropriate next step?
A.Start LT4
B.Perform fT3/fT4
C.Reassure and repeat TSH, fT3, fT4 after 3 months
D.Perform USG neck, if hypervascularity, start LT4
