Looks like hyperthyroidism due to graves ....look for A.fib in ecg. Full thyroid profile - TSH, TT3 , FT4 ,FT3 ...if look like hyperthyroid picture have to start anti thyroid agents ... Iodine scan will be helpful....look for any other auto immune disease in the patient !
