A 12-year-old child, previously diagnosed with epilepsy, presented with status epilepticus and is currently intubated and on a mechanical ventilator. The child was receiving levitericitam, phenytoin, and Valproate as medications. An ECG is provided, revealing hemodynamic compromise, and the child is currently receiving dual vasopressors. Suggest a next step in the management.
