A 25-year-old female patient complained of lower abdominal pain and irregular menstrual cycles. She has a history of infertility and has been married for four years. A transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) examination revealed a retroverted uterus with bilateral polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). A Hysterosalpingography (HSG) test indicated a blockage in her left fallopian tube, while her husband's semen analysis showed normal results.
