<p>A 27-year-old unmarried female in a relationship has not experienced menstruation since her last menstrual period on March 6th, 2023. She had a pregnancy test (UPT) three times, which were negative. She had a beta-HCG test which showed a value of less than 2. She was prescribed Progesterone 10 mg for a 5-day course, which she completed three days ago. However, she still hasn&#39;t had her period. Could you please recommend the potential investigations that should be carried out for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment?</p>
