A 29-year-old male presented with pain in multiple joints following a brief Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI). He was advised NSAIDs for 5 days along with CBC, CRP, ESR, and RA factors, all of which were within normal limits. Hb was 15.5 g/dL, RBC count was 5.5 cells/mcL, and anti-CCP was not performed. After one week, the patient developed pain and tenderness in the fingertips (except the thumb) of both hands, while his previous joint pains were much reduced. Clinically, no other findings were observed (normotensive and euglycemic). Please suggest appropriate diagnosis and treatment
