A 3-year-old boy presented with the symptoms depicted in the image. Additionally, the child had a fever since 1 day ago with frequent wiping, refusal to eat and drink, dry lips, and irritability. The palms of his hands and feet appeared reddish and non-itchy. The patient was diagnosed with Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) with mild to moderate dehydration, evidenced by low intake. The prescribed management included hospitalization in an isolation room,  IV Rehydration: Infusion Dx3,5NS1/3 175 mL / kgBB / day intravenously, followed by maintenance fluids. Paracetamol was administered for fever relief, and the family was educated on hand hygiene. The patient was advised to avoid leaving home (such as going to school) for 7-10 days after the rash appeared.
