A 3.5-year-old male child was brought by his mother and accompanied by both parents, following the sequence of a non-consanguineous marriage with the chief complaints of active episodes of paroxysmal events over the last 10 days, on and off fever persisting for 10 days, abdominal pain persisting for 8 days, and headache persisting for 3 days. Upon investigation, the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) showed high protein levels and a sugar concentration of 16 gm/dL. The ESR was recorded at 90 mm/hr. Clinical signs such as Brudzinski's sign, neck rigidity, and positive findings in CSF for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) were observed. Additionally, gastric lavage indicated MTB, and both Triopod sign and Ha/O Koch's contact were noted.
