A 35-year-old female patient with a history of polio affecting both lower limbs since childhood presented with chronic pelvic pain, burning micturition, and poor urinary stream persisting for 6 and 5 months, respectively, following a total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH). Despite initial treatment with IV antibiotics for 48 hours and supportive care, including appropriate antibiotic therapy based on urine culture (E. coli sensitive to cefuroxime and levofloxacin), the patient's symptoms remained unrelieved. Please suggest further line of management.
