A 36-year-old  presents with persistent pain localized in the lateral aspect of her right elbow for the past three months. The pain is exacerbated by activities involving wrist and forearm movements but is relieved with rest. On examination, Cozen's test elicits positive findings. There is tenderness and discomfort upon palpation of the lateral epicondyle. There is no history of trauma or significant medical conditions.Suggest the diagnosis and treatment for the same.

The likely diagnosis is lateral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow.
