A 37-year-old patient diagnosed with endometriosis in both ovaries underwent laparoscopic surgery in 2021 as recommended by the gynecologist. In April 2022, the patient conceived but was subsequently diagnosed with a chemical pregnancy. She have been married for two years.She wants to know why is she unable to conceive and what measures can be taken to conceive.

The couple can use an Urinary LH Kit to determine her ovulation time and make the most of that window. If AMH is low then they have to go for donor egg + IVF.
