A 4-year-old was taken into the clinic. He was sobbing aloud even as he was being brought into the room. The toddler became highly restless after taking some time to settle down. He was causing chaos by tearing pillows from their frames and rampaging the room. After the child received certain vaccinations, his parents noted a significant shift in his behaviour. He started acting distant, slowed his speech, preferred to play alone, and barely made eye contact. As the days went by, he became increasingly restless, active, and aggressive. Throwing tantrums became routine for him, and when he became upset, he would clench his teeth and occasionally pinch or bite other people. His favourite things were paper, cloth, and wall plaster, and his parents were concerned because he seemed to put everything in his mouth. He used to grow irate if his requests weren't met.
