A 40-year-old female, non-diabetic and non-hypertensive, presented with an ulcer on her left lateral limb that has been persisting for 20 days. She now reports an increase in petechial spots on the entire limb accompanied by itching. The ulcer developed following treatment from an unqualified practitioner who applied leaves to the affected area for LBA (left below the knee). Currently, the patient presents with lesion as shown in image. Kindly suggest a diagnosis and treatment.
