She reported experiencing mild lower abdominal pain, but her vital signs were stable. The serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) β level was 63,557 mIU/ml, indicating pregnancy. Transvaginal ultrasonography (TV-USG) did not reveal a gestational sac (GS),but it did identify a 38-mm irregular mass in the interstitial region of the uterus. To further
