A 42-year-old male patient presented with symptoms of abdominal distention, a fever of 100°F, weakness, loose motions, and a dull facial expression. The patient was unconscious and exhibited chickenpox-like eruptions across the entire body. Blood reports revealed a TLC of 20,000, a platelet count of 400,000, bilirubin levels of 12, SGOT levels of 122, SGPT  levels of 98, sodium levels of 115, and potassium levels of 2.5. The patient had low urine output, demonstrating signs of dullness, dizziness, and disorientation. Tests for typhoid, malaria, dengue, and viral markers are all negative.
