A 43-year-old female with a known history of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and hypothyroidism on treatment presented with complaints of predominantly itching in the body, particularly on the palms and feet, along with facial and lip edema (no itching over the face). The edema and itching would resolve spontaneously after a few hours. She had previously consulted a dermatologist and received steroids and antihistamines one month ago, but has been experiencing the same complaints for the past week. Blood tests revealed borderline eosinophilia. Kindly suggest appropriate diagnosis and management for this patient.
