A 45-year-old male patient presented at the OPD with a 15-day history of mild foot swelling and abdominal pain. He reports dark-coloured urine and light-coloured stool. Upon general examination, the patient exhibited pallor and had a yellowish complexion. Additionally, there was evidence of pitting edema. The patient has been a chronic alcoholic and smoker for the past decade. Subsequent investigations revealed the presence of azotemia and hyperbilirubinemia. Given these findings, what would be your diagnosis?
