A 58-year-old male presented with a constant nocturnal cough affecting his sleep. He had a history of multiple medical conditions, including type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, asthma, and heart failure. He denies sputum, fevers, or chills. His current medications include salbutamol, atorvastatin, labetalol, enalapril, hydralazine, and digoxin. Kindly suggest further management.
