A 60-year-old male patient has been experiencing blackish rashes on his back, arms, and thighs. The rashes have been progressively increasing over the past four months. The patient reports mild itching but no pain. There is no history of diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, or hypertension. Please suggest appropriate treatment.
