A 60-year-old male patient with h/o of multiple bone fractures with trivial trauma, bone deformities, and renal colic (on medical therapy) for the last 2 years. The patient had these complaints progressively increasing and progressed to the level of inability to perform daily activities, and pt became bedridden. Lab results: Calcium -15, pth >2000, Sestamibi scan showed an adenoma. The pt was brought to ENT for surgery the next day.
